ETTV master & PB WebTool

hello, i recently set up ettv on my server. everything works fine, slave connects, views, records, master works with no lag, can play demos... all good.

but, now i am unable to log into PB WebTool as described - here -
i've always used it to admin my servers

is this normal for et servers running from an ettv.exe?
or do i have an issue somewhere?

master and slave are windows servers

mmm i'm unsure if i want to continue with webtool now

any suggestions? i like the idea of being able to remotely control my servers
