Letters > F in ETPro GUID -> Spoofed?

Post by Tron »

Hi,

I just want to be sure about this. YES, I know ETPro GUID's are classified as unreliable. BUT if one contains a non-hexadecimal symbol (like an H), is that a definite proof that the GUID was spoofed?

F is valid. H is not.

EDIT: I should note that UNKNOWN/Unknown happen sometimes.

Reason I was asking is this retard who thought having a "naturally looking" ETPro GUID with a non-hexadecimal symbol in it would be a good idea (and who surprisingly was able to fire a scoped rifle at about the same speed as an SMG). ;)
