Thanks for the server, Bani!

I played a few games there this evening. For me the ping is much lower. Hope to see more of you that I know playing there.

As it was, it seemed to be a lot of Europeans and they didn't chat much. Something kinda funny happened...

There was a medic named 521 who kept switching teams so as to always play Allies. While on the same team with him, I quickly noticed that he didn't revive or give out med packs. Oh well, there's one in every bunch. Then I noticed that he would always wait in the WR for the docs to be returned. After picking them up, he would run directly to the ducts and hide there, running out the clock and repeatedly calling for ammo, although he was full. I tried everything... escorting him, killing all the Axis "All clear!" - but nothing would get him to move. There was no friendly-fire on so I couldn't even TK him so we could proceed with the game. So I tried to explain to the other players what he was doing, in advance of a "kick" vote. They voted it down anyway. I thought that perhaps they didn't understand English, so I tried explaining in French, Spanish and even German. Although, a few of the other players responded, I was never able to successfully kick him.

Oh well, it happens, I guess.

I only mention it so that you will all feel sorry for me and perhaps come and join me for more of our great matches of old.

i turned on ff, it was off but was supposed to be on.

Not kicking there? The last time I played there I got kicked twice for using spy and "cheating."

frost...521 did the same thing to me.....I just told the other team where they could find the docs....they went in and killed him every time. But it was a huge pain not having the friendly fire on.

Bani I was reading somewhere that you can make it so that a person can pick up any weapon dropped? Is that the case? I think I read it on the swat forum. Said it was a setting. that would be pretty cool to try out on the tokyo server. but aside from 521 and the fact that everyone there was a noob it was a blast.
