there aren't any announcer sounds as a spectator, has always been that way. bani will nevar change it! ;)

shoutcaster is an extended spectator mode where you can see mines, nametags, dyno counter... it's original purpose was for shoutcasters, hence the name.

it's not a bug, it's a feature.

there's a serverside cvar controlling if landmines are removed on a disconnect, since it can be exploited in competition play. don't remember the name tho :)

imo, the best way of implementing it would be to make the cvar a scale of the sensitivity cvar.

EDIT: or just lock it at .75 or whatever is default.
