if u guys are still having the problem, do /rcon sv_wwwdownload 0 that should fix it (will force them to download from the actual server instead of a website). with it set like this, i didn't have any problems at all. i will try to find more bugs, but so far this is the only "crucial" one ...

no, it was most definitely etpro -- it had the alternate hub somehow forced as well, which is how i remember, lol. it was an older version though.

i did have that disabled (players would not disconnect while downloading)

i've changed it so that they don't use the web to download, and it works fine now. i am going to turn it back and see what happens -- it might have had a bad crc check or something.
