Feature Request: execute gametype files on change

Similarly to how etpro will execute map scripts (e.g. mapdefault_MAPNAME.cfg) when a map changes, when it's voted on, or when a referee changes it, I think it should execute scripts when the game type (campaign, objective, lms, stopwatch) changes for any reason.
