mouse scroll rate

my buddy sent me his config and i really like it except for the scroll rate well thats what i think it is. everytime i spin the scrol on the mouse it goes like 2 iteams past where i want it to. what would be the cmd to change that speed?

But I wouldn't use the scroll wheel to select weapons.

i started my own config now and i was wondering if i could get some insight on these cmds. i have been playing around with the diff values for these and found they can help alot or on some maps like fueldump with the snow texture its just is way to bright.

r_simpleMipMaps
r_detailtextures
r_dynamiclight
r_overBrightBits
r_intensity
r_gamma
r_MapoverBrightBits
r_picmip
r_picmip2

does anyone have a nice intermediate value for these. like some what blurry so u can pick up people easier but still leaves some detail so its not super bright on snow texture maps.

i know i have been here before i was looking for values that players use that would work well on each map type.

i have a problem when i scrool down to get my amopacks(binded weaponbank 6 to mwheeldown) that sometimes it just doesn't get it right away...
