Stopwatch server

Ok, so how do I go about making a pub with the default twl-sw settings? I mean, if I startup the server, I shouldn't have to callvote it.

Oh and how to make it pub settings too? Defaults to comp if i call twl-sw which is fine but how do i get this in the cfg?

ref twl-sw

add that to your server.cfg file. Just make sure it's after the line that loads your map/campaign.
