server problem need sugestions!

ok i have a little problem,i went now to admin some pub servers ,after been asked by another admin.
some days ago he tried new path of et,but giv up since etpro dont works and roll over to the other version.
now the funny thisng its the server running etf its running ok but the etpro 3.1.9 its always empty.i decided to go there to chek why was empty and i figure out that all ppl u try to connect recev the message

Can't load an official pak file error

any ideas what can be?

well it mean some of offical .pk3 files dont match the server officail files

official files are pak0.pk3 pak1.pk3 pak2.pk3

now wut version of et is you server since the new et 2.60 adds the pak2.pk3

yap theres the pack2.pk3 there ,the reason wa sthat they upgrated the servers with new path and after figure out etpro dont run on new path they roll over back,now who we can resolve that?

to put serve running on the old et version ? remove that pack2.pk3 ?

well yeh remove the pak2.pk3

also put back the old et.exe (or linux version) remvoe etded.exe

get the old .dll or .so files and put thm into etmain dir (they might be inside pak1.pk3)
