pb_sv_md5tool

I've seen that on a couple of server.cfg's. Here is a full cvar (i guess you'd call it);

pb_sv_md5tool w "" v etmain/ui_mp_x86.dll SZ258048 AT0 LEN2048 0F8D46BD7016ECCC366A43E02417D864


What does that do? What is the purpose?
