you can disallow certain names and pb will kick for the bad names but you are not supposed to change names from other players.

the main thing i forsee is when servers (as some do) force settings that probably shouldn't be (or should be sv_cvared)

et is comp they should jsut run the .config of the comp they play as for admins making cusotn chnaces thats at thier risk
