Shoving un-gibbed bodies

Normal shoving seems to be working fine. What server config settings need to be changed in order to allow shoving bodies that haven't yet been gibbed?

As far as I can remember, I have only been playing on ETPro servers and I definitely remember being able to do this in the past. Is this something that has changed? Or, did I somehow play on a non-ETPro server?

afaik, only available on shrub or a derivative mod

it was also possible in etpro, till 3.2.0 i think.
