reviving bug

when u go to revive a teamm8, and there is a dead enemy (ungibbed) lying on their body, sumtimes its really hard (sumtimes impossible) to revive them, what causes this.

can it be fixed?

was it intended?

I also have when I shoot somebody and he drops his weapon. When this weapon lays under him I can't pick it up only when the body is disappeard. Can that also be fixed.
