The thing I always liked to do was create a "bot" that would perform some random actions to prevent me from being kicked for idleing. Had some pretty funny effects 
I have once tried to create centerview scripts and stuff like that, but the problem I always encounter is that my fps isn't constant enough to provide accurate wait periods. I also haven't been able to figure out how to create a self repeating cvar without ending in an endless loop. Something like:
set loopvar "vsay_team iammedic;vstr loopvar"
I tried to create something like that, only in an controlled form, so you are not constantly shouting your a medic
