333+ fps -> connection timeouts with new nvidia drivers

The latest nvidia drivers are giving a very good fps increase, but when unlocking the maxfps, I've noticed that in the ally's on Caen the fps are jumping above 333 (jumping quickly between 400-500)

When this is happening there is lots of 'lag' and connection timeouts on the screen. When setting com_maxfps to 333 everything goes smooth, setting it to 334 and it occurs again.

The server is running 3.1.9 (b_fixedphysics 1 and b_fixedphysicsfps 125).
Client is running a win XP with the latest nvidia driver, ET1.02 (prediction is on, pmove_fixed off).

this is a limitation of the engine. when you go over ~300fps, the client sends too many movement commands and floods your connection out.

when the server is running fixed physics, there's no point in running fps that high anyway...
