rommel_ga mapscript update

Prompted by the good work of mortis and KJ, here's an updated script for rommel_ga - the real final version of Rommel from Cptn Triscuit & Mr Mustard and refined by Ifurita with stop watch play in mind. Unfortunately it didn't prove a sucess in comp ('too big'), but it's not too bad for campaigns and rewards a coordinated offensive team (;))

This script makes the Command Post spawn become the default one for the Allies only after the keycard is capped. Previously it would default to there as soon as the CP was built, which put the team at the furthest point from the first objective of stealing the keycard.
In matches this proved to be a mild annoyance, however in public servers it tended to result in the Allies invariably rushing through the East gate to engage the enemy asap (as you do), resluting in few ever making it to the objective and tedious full holds.

By keeping the default spawn at the flag room it gives the allies a quicker route to the keycard. Players can still choose to spawn at the CP as soon as it's built by selecting spawnpoint 4 or the flag in limbo and, when the keycard is capped at the cistern, it does become the default spawn point.

There is also a second script that I did to make it easier for the Allies to secure the flag - it now becames permanent when either gate is dynamited. Previoulsly it was still contestable when the East gate was blown, this change was mostly to help players see more of the map while learning it, it's not needed for experienced teams).

Sweet! Rommel_GA is quite a good map. Too bad it didn't make it into competition.

This also brings back the tought of having some way of "signed" mapscripts because "evil" clans can start altering mapscripts to their advantage without anyone knowing really.

Anyway, good work hiro!
