Changing a PB setting on my server without going through cfg

Hello all, new to the server and hoping you can help me with a question.
I run a server for a league and when the league is over I run the server for public access. I'd like to allow the gamma and intensity to go as high as 3 for public access times when the league is not running and be able to switch it back to 2 when the league season starts again. Is there a way to do it without having to go into my server config file settings? Can i do it through /rcon and in my console? Thanks in advance for your help.
