2.how i can change gravity to 220 for good g_gravity 220 it will
work but only for one map

if u host a game:

b_defaultskills "4 4 4 4 4 4 4"

for changing g_gravity forever, u will have to write ur own server cfg with it included although i still think it will reset, by writing your own map campaign and including it in the variables for each map along with timelimit etc.. it will work.. e.g.
