bugfixes
mg42 placement should no longer result in stuck players
players using m42 when engineer dies should no longer get stuck
smoking gibs should no longer obscure player vision
infinite grenades exploit (stock wolf exploit) - fixed
g_max* exploit during warmup - fixed
sten didnt overheat in g_realweapons mode
g_max* violations caused players to miss spawncycles - fixed
ammohints
Players can ignore ammohints with /ignore ammohints,ammo,hints
complaints
Players can ignore teamkill complaint lodging with /ignore complaints,teamkills,tk

New server command putclan <team> <tag> puts all players with <tag> in their name onto <team> and puts everyone else on the opposite team.
members only
This new feature allows you to restrict who may participate in games. Non-members are only allowed to spectate, but not join teams when this feature is enabled. There are two methods to determine who is a member -- passworded logins via the client /member command, and auto-login via guid.
g_membersonly (default 0, disabled) if set to 1, only members may join games.
g_membersmessage - message given to non-members when they try to join a team.
g_memberspassword - password players may use to login to become members.
/member <password> - clients use this to login to member access.
Players may be auto-logged in as members by placing their guid into the members/ directory. This mechanism works the same as semiadmin auto-login by guid.
sv_member <clientnum>,sv_addmember <clientnum> - adds the guid of the player in client slot <clientnum> to the members/ directory.
new kill method
Players may now kill/teamkill via flamebarrel explosions.
goldrush
g_ammohints now enables player gold hints. lt's will see a new field indicating the gold a player is carrying in addition to the weapon ammo, non-lt's will simply see the gold the player is carrying.
spammy weapon control
g_ammocharge (default 0.25) - fraction of chargebar required to dispense ammopacks
g_airstrikecharge (default 0.50) - fraction of chargebar required to throw airstrikes
g_artillerycharge (default 1) - fraction of chargebar required to call artillery fire
g_ltspawncharge (default 1) - fraction of chargebar lt's spawn with
g_soldierspawncharge (default 1) - fraction of chargebar soldiers spawn with
Reasonable settings for beach with lots of players might be:
g_ltchargeime 90000
g_ltspawncharge 0.40
g_ammocharge 0.083
g_soldiercharge 0.75
This prevents players from immediately throwing airstrikes upon spawning, but lets them dispense ammopacks roughly at a normal rate. It also reduces the overall rate airstrikes and artillery fire can be called. Players must then use these weapons more strategically rather than spamming them.
text chat spam control
g_maxchatallowed (default 6) maximum number of text chats allowed in 30 seconds
g_maxchatrepeats (default 3) maximum number of times the same text may be repeated.

Also, is it just me, or since 1.1.62 or so do random "Complaint dismissed" messages come up when people say sorry (not even after a TK) or even just disconnect?

Not just you but I have only noticed it while playing on the zero and the swat server....might have something to do with the fact that you both dismiss complaints with a sorry.

i've noticed that with the dismissed complaint, it has showed up on me after i accidently shoot a team mate but not kill and i v45 him.. then i get it.

boom. found a big server crash bug.
OLTL. teams were super unbalance like 7 to 1. cant remember if it was in warpup. i dont thing it was. rcon balance_teams ..... server crash.
bani can i suppy the config if you need it.
