Can someone shed any light on the following message.

I realise that the player was kicked for cheatin, but what is the cheat.

Is it a cheat or just a bug?

An official match could ride on this one.

Names changed to protect the offender.

I dont mind losing to skilled players, but some of there "around the corner long range (not leaning)" anticipation, left allot to be desired.

i.e. Starfe jump down ramp on GR, they open fire precisely 1-2 secs before you come into sight from the other side of bridge......everytime. or, no matter which route you take to tank barrier one entire team is waiting right there for ya. (3v3). Lucky? maybe, but 100% accurate guess work.

Sounds like sour grapes I realise, and my PB Screen shots failed.

I know it sounds like I am whinging, but somat fishy was going on, or Im a size 28 waist.

Any help much appreciated.

BTW is there a log file parser available for ETpro Cheats?

where's the IAC log for that one? without it we can't confirm the cheat.

they were running in windows compatibility mode for whatever reason. not a cheat.

Hmmm not good.....
Is there any way to see what they are kicked for instead of asking you ?
Not that we have that many cheaters on our server (First time in a match), but it would be nice to be able to see it when it happens 8)

not at the moment. but ^1CHEATER^7 means it positively identified a known cheat. we're debating how best to present the info to admins without revealing too much to cheaters.

Well a single line in the logfile would be nice, does not have to anything special.

or a new ref or rcon command...

another thing bani, would it be useful to regularly send in the "???" output we get from our logfiles or would that cause an immense overload on you guys?
Our servers now run on 64 bit steroids. Point your ET to:
- Forgotten Ground StopWatch Server with occasional wolfrof 1
- Fraggle Rock ETPub Server - Mix up ET/UT & Duke Nukem

somehow the IAC code keeps chaceing but the cheat is the same
