Isn't there a lua mod that can do !spec999 to move all 999ers to spec?
Other option would be to set g_inactivity to something low like 120 seconds or so.

Leagues require a particular lua mod if they want, but none have yet. If someone wanted to create a "pro+" lua mod for leagues with this kind of feature, that might be useful.Spoofeh wrote:AFAIK lua mods are not allowed on match servers.=FF=im2good4u wrote:i think lua neeeds to get acces to the voting system :p
OTOH, this is something that could be handled better by etpro. Vote kick without a temp ban would be good, or just allow anyone on the team to kick, without tempban, if team controls are enabled.
/spec999 as a team control wouldn't be a bad thing either, whether in etpro or lua
Another nice thing would be to allow specinvited specs (or coach, if we ever get around to that) to swap themselves with someone on the team. So you spec/coach can see a player is 999, and in one command put that person spec and move themself into the game. That would give the minimum disruption for the players who are still in the game.
g_inactivity isn't a good solution, because if you have it short enough to make sense, it would kick people who are just camping. From my experience, it doesn't take long to notice that someone is lagged out in a match.
send lawyers, guns and money
Not really since g_inactivity only starts counting if the player doesn't touch anything anymore. Usually campers are crouching, leaning, laying med packs and thus active.ReyalP wrote:g_inactivity isn't a good solution, because if you have it short enough to make sense, it would kick people who are just camping.
But the /spec999 command would indeed be better
