Does anyone know how to get an ET server to show up on Bani's server list?

you don't, that list is only for RTCW servers running banimod... it's automatically updated

and there does no mofd show up or gametype

Hopefully sooner. I am currently working on a device that will convert ET code to Banimod. It's basically just a old microwave oven with some adjustments made to the radiation frequencies and a Tandy 1000's guts for the brain. I attached some shiny metal to make it look cool and painted the word "Banimodifier" on the front. I just need someone to write the software for it and Voila!....Banimod ET.

I can't wait.
