Bad ETPro setup?

I dl'ed version etpro-3_1_0 version. and unzipped it into etmain folder. I started up server. I load into it, it kicks me and says Client/Server game mismatch: enemy territory/ETPro.

I look at my ET Console and it says this about 50 times.

WARNING: Server improperly installed! Incorrect fs_game setting! Please notify administrator.

I really do want this fixed, I dont wanna screwed up server

it doesn't go in etmain folder it goes in etpro folder, gee three posts about this today and you never even read how to install on the download page, very sad
