why can't rcon feature be able to "give" a player "referee"
i tried /rcon referee 4 and it don't work
add that to et bayon or et professialn
rcon referee?

Referees should be able to make other people referees, since they can execute any vote-able commands. The 'ref' feature at the server console can't do this, though, and is completely broken right now anyway (fixed in the to-be-released version of ETpro.)

Yes, this is what I was referring to. For some reason, though, the server console's 'ref' command does not allow this. It won't be fixed in the forthcoming release of ET pro, since we're so close to release, but it will probably be fixed soon after.
That said, my points about the ref command on the server console being broken (fixed in the forthcoming release) still stands, and you still don't have anything to work with from the server console or rcon.
