I updated our servers to 3.2.6 today... What we noticed was this:
It still hits there!
wtf? thats the third head-width on the it's side...
You can see the smoke when it hit the hitbox of the player...
Did it realy change to such a bad shape? Or did I miss sth?

The hit detection has not changed in 3.2.6 at all.
The body hitbox has always extended to the full height of the head. If you never noticed this before, I guess you aren't very observant.

especially the angle taken in concideration.. the box doesent rotate afaik.. so..the box seems "larger" if you attack your enemy from diagonal direction

Correct. Realhead and the prone hitbox are the main thing that page does not show correctly. The only other hitbox change I can think of is extendprone.
etpro has never messed the the standing body hitboxes.
