"Unkickable Players" / Kicking by player slot id

If the admin has enabled the /players command, you can use this feature to kick players by their player slot id. If you try to callvote to kick a player and you get the response Client not on server. you can still kick them by their player slot id. Use the /players command to bring up a list of players on the server: If you wanted to kick the player [AV]bani, you would do /callvote clientkick 34
